Credit or Debit Card: A valid Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card is required to purchase the insurance online.
Student ID: You will need your school-issued student ID number. This can usually be found on your student ID card or your billing statement.

Incomplete applications will not be processed. You will receive a confirmation email when your application has been successfully submitted.
If you do not have a Student ID # issued by your school, you may enter a different identifying number instead on the application. You will need to use this number when creating your online account.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENROLLMENT
You are responsible for verifying that you are eligible to enroll in this insurance plan. Eligibility Requirements, Benefits, Exclusions and other important information about the plan are contained in the Policy documents, a copy of which you can view on this website. By purchasing this plan it is your understanding that this is not a qualifying health coverage (“Minimum Essential Coverage”) that satisfies the health coverage requirement of the Affordable Care Act.
The Insurance Company and/or ACI maintains the right to investigate enrollee (and dependent) status, Visa status and attendance records to verify the Policy Eligibility Requirements have been met. If Eligibility Requirements have not been met, the Company’s only obligation is to refund your premium.
There are no premium refunds, except when the Plan Participant leaves school and permanently returns to his or her Home Country or enters the armed forces of any country in which case a pro rata refund (for the number of full months remaining in the term) will be issued only upon request and only if there are no claims on file. If eligible for a refund $25 early termination fee will be applied.
Enrollment in an insurance plan of which a person is knowingly ineligible constitutes Insurance Fraud that may be prosecuted under State Laws.
Purchase of International Medical Insurance is for a limited term of coverage that expires on the last day of the term that was purchased. You will not receive a renewal notice at the end of the term. If you require coverage beyond your expiration date and continue to meet eligibility requirements it is your responsibility to extend coverage before it expires or re-enroll for coverage.
You agree to release and hold The Insurance Company, ACI, their affiliates, and their directors, officers, agents, principals or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Enrollment Program, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your communication of inaccurate or incomplete information, and/or your violation of law.
